- This course is offered for 1.45 ASHA CEUs (Intermediate level; Professional area.)
- Washington Physical and Occupational Therapy CEUs: This course meets the qualification for approval via self-submission. Oregon Physical Therapy CEUs: This course meets the qualification requirements for approval via self-submission. Other approvals may apply, please inquire early.
- Massage therapy (NCBTMB and NYS MTs, 15.0 CE Hrs) are approved.

Registration Fee
$450 if registered by March 15, 2021
$500 if registered by April 23, 2021
$550 for registrations after April 23, 2021
$275 for retakes of this class
Discounts
Only ONE discount may be applied (Retake/group/student discounts)
To receive the discount please send us an email requesting the discount. If applying a group discount, please email with the names and email addresses of each person. Non-work email addresses are necessary due to security firewalls of most institutional emails.
Group and Student Discounts: Reduce fee in the above box by appropriate amount, maximum of one discount per person.
Group Discount
2-3 therapists registering at same time: 10% off of the prevailing rate per therapist.
4 or more therapists registering at the same time: 15% off of the prevailing rate per therapist.
Student Discount
$75 off of the prevailing rate per therapist. Applies to student SLPs, PTs, OTs, and MTs, with no CEUs, ASHA or otherwise, supplied with the student rate. MUST provide the school and degree program currently enrolled in the blank below. For any of the above discounts, if you prefer to use PayPal, contact me and I will send a PayPal invoice reflecting the discount.
Additional Information
- No massage lotions/oils are needed, in fact, we ask that you do not apply any lotions or oils to your face or upper body and torso (Neck, Voice, and Swallowing Disorders and Upper Body Seminars) or lower body or torso (Lower Body Seminar) during any day of the class, as myofascial release is a dry modality.
- Also, we ask that you bring along appropriate lab clothing each day, which is a tank top or a loose-fitting T-shirt (Neck, Voice, and Swallowing Disorders and Upper Body Seminars) or loose-fitting shorts (Lower Body Seminar).
- Depending on the class location you may be asked to bring a massage table if you have access to one, or a yoga mat/camping pad/blanket and pillows.
