Discounts
Only ONE discount may be applied (Retake/group/student discounts)
To receive the discount please send us an email requesting the discount. If applying a group discount, please email with the names and email addresses of each person. Non-work email addresses are necessary due to security firewalls of most institutional emails.
Group and Student Discounts: Reduce fee by appropriate amount, maximum of one discount per person. If paying by registration form. If paying by PayPal you must contact us for a PayPal invoice.Group Discount
2-3 therapists registering at same time: 10% off of the prevailing rate per therapist.
4 or more therapists registering at the same time: 15% off of the prevailing rate per therapist.
Student Discount
$75 off of the prevailing rate per therapist. Applies to student SLPs, PTs, OTs, and MTs, with no CEUs, ASHA or otherwise, supplied with the student rate. MUST provide the school and degree program currently enrolled in the blank below. For any of the above discounts, if you prefer to use PayPal, contact me and I will send a PayPal invoice reflecting the discount.
Registration payment may be made using the PayPal link from this page, by using check or credit card payment from the registration form available here, or payment by phone using a credit card (585-244-6180). An email confirmation will be sent to you after payment is received to our office. The attached registration form must be completed in its entirety or you will forfeit your seat in the class.

Additional Information
- No massage lotions/oils are needed, in fact, we ask that you do not apply any lotions or oils to your face or upper body and torso (Voice and Swallowing Disorders and Upper Body Seminars) or lower body or torso (Lower Body Seminar) during any day of the class, as myofascial release is a dry modality.
- Also, we ask that you bring along appropriate lab clothing each day, which is a tank top or a loose-fitting T-shirt (Neck, Voice, and Swallowing Disorders and Upper Body Seminars) or loose-fitting shorts (Lower Body Seminar).
- Depending on the class location you may be asked to bring a massage table if you have access to one, or a yoga mat/camping pad/blanket and pillows.
